Going into the meeting I was quite upset at the recent notice that my homeowners insurance had gone up nearly 20 percent for the 2nd year in a row. Anne is an extremely kind and patient person and managed to put me more at ease. However, my main question was never answered. I still want to know why my rate had gone up so much compared to other policies with different deductibles. I'm certain that she or one of her staff will reach out to me again.
