Always very helpful, attentive and the most friendliest person ever. Our new property manager, Jackie is also awesome! All the neighbors are friendly, as well as respectful. The place is very well kept with all staff being just as nice and attentive as management. There's lots of stores and restaurants nearby, along with a lake right behind, so it's a great location. Very kid and pet friendly. Only downside would be having to need quarters for laundry, but most definitely not a deal breaker!”

She cares for everyone's experience and does a great job, it must be hard to satisfy everyone. At times I've been addressed Michelle is to the point I take in the concern and change what the issue may be and we are good. Michelle is not what some have portrayed her to be she's understanding but does her job. The building is clean and safe the apartments are very nice. This place spoils the residents with underground parking, laundry in the unit, an island in the kitchen, a patio and two bathrooms wow!!!!! I love living here and plan to stay until I can buy a house some day.”

I also want to say thank you to the 2 wonderful ladies who work on staff, as they are always friendly, professional, accommodating, and quick to respond whenever I have contacted them. This apartment is in the perfect location, close to my work and my child's school, and it is safe and well maintained. The building is kept in great shape, has a nice exercise room, and a coffee/latte machine for all residents to use! The rent cost is a little higher than what I would prefer to pay, but I have found it is really worth it. An added bonus--we residents are offered a nice breakfast of bagels and cream cheese about 3 times a year down in the lobby--something that I never had at my previous apartment. Another plus--having indoor/underground parking--such a blessing when it is raining or snowing! So a definite five star rating. : )”
