“First off, I feel so at home here. I have lived here for nearly 2 years and plan on renewing my lease for a 3rd time. Old management was so terrible, I was looking for a new place before my lease was even half way up. THEN! New owners and management came swooping in and I renewed with them in a heartbeat. Positives: My neighbors are nothing but respectful. This community is full of families and individuals straight out of college life that are over the party scene. It is peaceful, safe, and in walking distance to what I need. Management is kind, honest, and willing to listen/work with you and your needs. I have a 2-bedroom and personally love everything about it! With everything becoming so expensive, I find the safety and convenience of this place to be worth every penny. Per other reviews, there are little things that are bothersome: 1. Once in a while, the garage door gets stuck open from excessive use, which leaves access to our building to the public. 2. The amenities are usually out of service to either fix, replace, or update. I have only used the pool a handful of times. 3. The elevators buzz at you when you step in. 4. Packages get stolen from the convenient full-access to all boxes to every resident. 5. Washers and dryers are a hit or miss BUT! Coming from a similar line of work, I see that management is working their tails off to fix what the old owners never did. There are plans in place to replace the smelly hallway carpets, the buzzing elevators, the broken washer/dryers, the package thievery, outdated appliances, and more! Everything that I had issues with are being fixed in a timely manner and communicated effectively! I know maintenance is short staffed, but so is the entire world right now. Plus, they are working with old buildings that are being slowly updated. Nothing changes overnight, so give them a little grace. Give this place a chance and you won't be disappointed.”

“Guess I have a different opinion then others about this place...it has been a wonderful place to live. Any maintenance concerns I've had were addressed promptly. It is so quiet in my 1 bedroom. Friendly neighbors. I love my underground parking. Clean. Love the washer/dryer in unit. It is spendy and rates went up after a year but I expected they would. I ❤️ they are animal friendly here too!!!”

“We moved in about six months ago and have been so happy here. The apartments are well maintained and we love our space. Rooms are a great size, but for us it's the closets that are the best, it's an apartment so to have a good amount of storage is really nice. We also like the layout of our kitchen because it does make everything open and bright. The staff here helped get the process for us to move in started immediately and answered all my questions so quickly! (I asked a ton of questions) They are friendly and also care about us. Checking in, following up, knowing who we are. They put an effort in to make you feel welcome. We recently transferred to another apartment to a three bedroom and added a roommate and they we awesome getting everything done, it was a breeze. We don't hear a ton of noise in our apartment (again it's an apartment building) we honestly expected to hear more. Hallways and enter ways are kept clean. The first snow they had salted before I went out with our dog and I'm up really early. It's a well maintained place. We feel at home here and I'm so glad we found this community and it's wonderful staff.”
