Nestled in one of Minneapolis's great neighborhoods close to lots - most importantly for us, close to our house so that my parents and in-laws could be comfortable and be easily accessible when they came into town for a family event. Would definitely stay there or at another of your properties again.”

“I just moved out of Hillside East after living there for a year. My apartment was clean with modern appliances and great natural lighting. The grounds are really beautiful with a swimming pool and area for dogs. The office staff were very friendly and easy to work with and I never had any problems. Water pressure could have been better though.”

“Moved here in May 2018 from Wisconsin with all my stuff packed up because I was starting my new job within 2 days of moving in and so I basically came up here without seeing any other apartments. I love Laura, the property manager. She's been amazingly helpful when I lost said job I moved up here for. I honestly think she's a great human being. I live in the back building out of the 2 buildings on the property and on the 3rd floor. Please realize that you are potentially moving into an old complex so there is no elevator. However, I have an 88 pound dog, Jake, and their pet deposit and pet rent is by far some of the cheapest in Coon Rapids. The building is secure, no mice, it's kept up relatively frequently as well as the grounds. The maintenance guy can take some time getting used to but work orders are done within a day or two - August my fridge went and they had to order one but they let me use a fridge of a vacant apartment, so even though I needed to walk a few doors down the hallway, most my food didn't go bad and as a person who had been unemployed already for a month and wouldn't be starting her new job for another 4 weeks, that was supremely helpful. My new fridge was installed and I love it so far! The dishwasher in my apartment works great. My only issue was with the garbage disposal - it did encounter a cracked housing and they are starting to not replace them in the buildings but maintenance did slather silicone all over it as a temporary remedy and so far that has worked for the past 6 weeks. Overall, for the price, it's decent and I'd say if you're looking for a safe place and friendly staff, this is a great place. Be warned though, A LOT of weed smokers, so if you can get passed that smell wafting into hallways sometimes, overall it's not an issue; however, there is nothing cops can really do, nor do they really want to do anything about because it's just weed nowadays. *shrug* Overall, with the exception of 1 or 2 people in my building, I've developed quite a few friendships or at least friendly encounters. The washer and dryer on my floor work fine so I can't complain too much about that either. I would probably choose this place again if I had to do it all over again given my circumstances.”

“Dr. George is truly the best dentist I have been to! I cannot recommend her enough. She listened to my concerns, she took time to answer my questions, her exam was thorough and not rushed. Just a gem! Her hygienist was awesome as well, sweet, personable and took her time. The office was clean and quiet. Beautiful decor, they even have healthy snacks and water/coffee in the waiting room. I enjoyed this experience so much. I will definitely be going to my appointments EVERY 6 months without fail. “My wife and I started looking for a house/ condo late last spring. We called Dave Wickiser because he was highly recommended by a friend. As I remember, the friend said you "have to" call Dave because he is "amazing". Our friend was exactly right. Working with Dave was fantastic! For us, he was very low-key, and really tried to get a sense of what we wanted. We never got the feeling Dave was anxious for us to put in an offer on any particular property, but he was good at letting us know if there was competition, etc., and tried to think of out-of-the-box solutions to meet our needs. We were complicated clients because we weren't sure exactly what we wanted when we started and we had some live/work considerations to deal with, etc. I think Dave enjoyed the challenge of finding something that would really suit us, and was extremely patient with us. When it came to actually getting the house that we decided we wanted, Dave was an excellent negotiator and deal-maker. He was able to read the situation and knew what to do to make it happen. And I haven't mentioned it yet, but Dave was really fun to go see houses with and has a great sense of humor. We miss hanging out with him every week for a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone!!”
