In addition, we had a unique situation that caused us to ask for flexibility. The management went out of their way to help us come up with a mutually beneficial solution. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! For those who read negative reviews, please understand that all management companies can find themselves in tough situations with renters. The have to not only follow all Mpls codes, but they also have to protect their business interests, as well as the safety of their properties and neighborhoods. I would highly recommend Go Gopher for the professional way they handled our situation and for how well they maintain their properties!”
