I explained some oddball allergies resulting from intense chemo, and the chef came out to make sure she was well taken care of. She’s a top 100 travel agent in the country, goes all over the world, eats the best places you see on TV, and very very rarely gets that level of service to ensure she does not spend the next several days with an allergy flair up. They also have better Old Fashions than the $100 a plate places in downtown Minneapolis. Get 2, maybe 3, tell some stories, remind the wife you still think she’s hot. So go, spend a little extra, and tip well. You’re going to get good value for money, and go home happy.”
