“My 2 kids have been attending MELA since kindergarten and pre-school. This is their second year there and they just love it there. The teachers and staff are all dedicated and attentive to the students’ needs. MELA has just been awesome especially since the pandemic has started. The online education is very well structured; even though the kids don’t physically go to school, they still feel like they go to school. Even though the school is 25 minutes away from our residence, we decided to let them stay there instead of moving them to another school that was just 4 minutes away from us, due to the facts listed above in addition to the diversity in the students, teachers and staff body. Above all, the communication between parents and staff/teachers is always on point. During the car parade, son’s kindergarten teacher went out of her scheduled route just to come visit him. That shows how dedicated the teachers are and some will go beyond just to ensure that their students are valuable to them. We are blessed to have our kids attend MELA and we salute and appreciate the teachers and staff. You guys are doing a great job!”

“I signed up for a scuba refresher course through Air Down There and I am so grateful that I did. I hadn't been on a dive in 10 years and I was quite rusty. There was a classroom portion of the class as well as a pool portion, which they fit all in one (long-ish) evening which was great. Be sure to do the homework that they provide you with beforehand so you're set up for success! My instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about diving which made for a rich experience. Following the class, I felt secure in my pending dive plan, and competent regarding the "need to know" and "emergency" safety items for my next dive. My dive following the refresher course was in Costa Rica and I was able to dive in confidence. I will be back there for any future diving needs. Thank you, Air Down There!”

“We LOVE New Horizon! Since we started when my son was 10 weeks old, they have been nothing but attentive and amazing! All of his teachers are incredible and do such a great job keeping him busy and helping him learn and grow and the director and assistant director are always eager to greet us and keep us in the loop with everything that is happening in his day. I'm alway impressed with all the activities they do in a day and how creative they are with even young kids. “As a parent you wanna make sure your kids are in good hands and a CKA i knew my kids were whem they were there. The staff were all very nice and my kids loved the teachers. They learned a lot and did great projects that got them ready for school. The staff had daily schedules to get the kids on routine. They did a great job keeping things clean/ organized and getting the kids to help to learn responsibility. I would definitely recommend this daycare to people.”

“Our kids have been going to this location since our oldest was 2 1/2 and our middle son was 16 months. Now our youngest just started the PreK program (he's been there since 3 months old). We love the staff here! Our son just finished in Miss Brittany's classroom, and she is exceptional! She teaches content about the layers of the ocean, animals of all kinds, community heroes & incorporates projects that other teachers might think are too advanced (or wouldn't have the patience to do them!) for 3-4 year olds (like making dioramas of the ocean layers). I've LOVED seeing all that she's taught my son. There is a focus starting with infants in helping children to learn at every age (such as using texture of fabrics in infant classrooms). I'm sure the teachers all deserve a much higher pay because I can't imagine having the energy and patience of teaching all that they do. Miss Kristin (the director) and Miss Jessica are wonderful & have been there since we started at this Tutor Time in Sept 2014. Miss Sam and Miss Marwa have been teachers for both of our boys. The great care here shows why it's grown so much since we started 6 years ago. We love TT of WBL!”
