He’s helped me with unlocking my storage because I lost my keys AND my dumb self ended up dropping my graduation ring on the floor and didn’t even know about it until Mike gave me a call a couple days later. “I live in Kansas and chose to drive up because of two recommendations from neighbors. I'm glad I did. First, the sea legs for my pontoon are great. (No one down here installs them that I could find.) The sales experience was professional and the communication was great. The pick up experience went very well and they explained what needed to be explained. And lastly, their service department really delivered this month. A controller for the bimini top went bad. My son diagnosed the problem and so I called up to MN to see what could be done. They were aware of the problem and had oredred/stocked extras. Only four business days later I received the part in the mail and that solved the problem. They do what they say. I can't ask for anything more.”

“This vendor was used by the company who I ordered my furniture from. They were easy to schedule delivery with. They arrived early on the day of delivery which was fine with me. There was an issue with my order, no fault of the delivery company. They actually helped call the furniture company so we could discuss the problem. This was helpful as I was struggling to get someone on the line who could help. Most delivery companies drop off your stuff and that’s it. Professional, great customer service and prompt.”

The entire facility is well-kept and clean with great access directly from the highway making it easy to load and unload. Usually features like these mean you're paying more for the same amount of space, but even the rental rates are quite competitive.”

“This review is quite late, but we used RJ Moving a couple years ago and the movers were EXTREMELY hard-working and professional. They were also very careful with our stuff. They didn't dawdle or milk the clock. Ruth was also very thorough when she gave us our quote. She came to our house in Chaska and gave us a reasonable price. Some moving places underestimate the moving charges and give you one heck of a surprise when the bill's due. This was the exact opposite with RJ. It was estimated to be higher and then was actually cheaper when it was all said and done. Highly recommended. :)”
