During the week, I received phone calls with very short voice-mails (super appreciate how short they were and no BS and no need to call them back) about my order. Saturday morning came and I waited in my car. Others waited at the front door and they were skipped over as a representative came to me first as I had an online appointment. Install only took 30min and I was on my way quick!!! Best experience ever!!!”

“This is one of the cleanest & well organized Goodwills that I have been in. I only gave a 4 star rating because the minute I stepped in, there was an overpowering smell of bleach. It was so bad that my husband had to go sit in the car. It also limited my shopping time. I came upon the culprit when I went down an aisle where an employee was cleaning off shelves. The manager asked this poor guy if he wanted a mask. There are other, safer ways to clean than having your nostril hairs burned off. Found some nice treasures. A specific lamp shade that I needed, some home decor & vinyl. Yes, albums are a thing!!! My question - where are Men's outerwear. I could find no coats or jackets. Cashier was not engaging in my friendly banter. Did ask me if I had any coupons, which I did not realize was a thing. Should have asked what that was about. Parking was excellent but they need to do deep removal off the packed snow. Driving through the parking lot was like driving through a untended field with deep ruts.”

They are responsive and very communicative. We put in new ceilings, replaced an entire wall of windows, refinished floors, demoed and re-built the kitchen, plus updated the laundry area. The work is just beautiful and the Lecy team was fun, energetic and extremely professional. They provide a designer who helps you select all of the finishes - Victoria was amazing. They provide a Project Manager who handles everything and keeps all of the details managed - Chloe did great work! They have a strong and consistent documented process for remodels. “Always super happy with the film i get back from Fast Foto. I live across town and have been guilty of being that guy running in right before close to purchase film and have them develop my rolls, which even then, I get back next-day. Ive never been disappointed here, and the staff is always really friendly and accommodating. Cant beat the free keychains, too! When I speak with local photographers looking to get scans and developing done, I let them know that this is my go-to place, and I have yet to hear anything negative (pun intended) about their quality or service. The pricing is higher than some other places, but completely worth it for the time and quality of the Images I get back.”

“The ONLY reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is because of how often police come flying in there questioning people, sometimes guns drawn. I'm not sure if that makes this location more safe or more dangerous but I try to avoid it when possible. On a plus side, the over night clerks are top notch. Fast, friendly service. Mostly clean except the occasional messy parking lot which can't really be cleaned at night due to staffing. It's nice to have a place to get food and gas up in the middle of the night for those of us who don't have credit cards and often are paying with whatever change we have left for the week.
