“I have NEVER had a car buying experience quiet like this one. I was searching on car soup for months for my perfect vehicle and stumbled across what appeared to look like a great deal. I hit “I'm interested” filled out the info needed and Mandie messaged me very quickly. I am 250 miles from this dealership and they went above and beyond to have 98% of the paperwork ready for me by the time I got there. Once I arrived, Mandie and I took the vehicle out for a test drive. When we returned to the dealership Mandie sat in the vehicle with me and went over ALL the bells and whistles and got all settings set to my preferences! Wow! I had never had any dealership do that for me before, and I'm a car junkie with a serious trading habit. Jason in financing was so easy-going and easy to talk to there wasn't any of that awkward silence or need to force a conversation. THEN Mandie took me to the gas station and filled the tank!! They definitely take care of their clients! I highly recommend this dealership!”

“In the fall of 2019 I was going to need portable storage units for home items before a move. I thought it would be no big deal to secure storage until I started calling around for prices and services. I called three of the most well known portable storage companies and was horrified to find bad rushed phone customer service with long wait times and or bait and switch pricing with all kinds of fees, which seemed to change every time I called. I didn't even call COWS because I had never heard of them. Having exhausted my list of places to call, I tried COWS. I wish they were the first place I checked! I called and got this really nice, friendly, laid back yet very professional young man on the phone by the name of Carmine (whom I worked with until the end of my storage needs in June of 2020) He told me exactly what services he could provide and EXACTLY what the charges would be for delivery, pick up and monthly rental, which were reasonable and competitive, if not better than the other places I called. The entire time I worked with COWS there were NEVER any billing surprises, they were flexible with their pick up and delivery availability and the items within the units (I rented two) were well protected from the elements. They are very easy to contact by phone or text, and get back to you very promptly if you have any concerns. They were even nice enough to work with me in terms of a payment plan when the crisis hit, greatly impacting my income. I cannot recommend COWS in Whippany highly enough for any portable storage needs.”

“Our water heater broke over the weekend and due to Easter we called Greg on Monday. He was able to come out the next day. He arrived on time at 8 AM just as he said he would. He got the old water heater out and installed the new one in 2 hours. He also corrected another issue with the valves making it safer. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a small business and it is nice to help them out and get quality service. I would utilize his services again and recommend his work to others. He also followed Covid precautions and rolled out a mat to protect the floors and stairs.”

“They have a really fabulous pharmacy team. The prescriptions are filled within hours and are done correctly. Service is always friendly and everyone behind the counter is knowledgeable. The pharmacist is right there and willing to answer questions. I had been using Walmart pharmacy in Eagan thinking I was saving money, so I put up with slow service and waiting in line. Turns out Walgreens prices are exactly the same and their service is SO much better. Plus they have a drive thru that is so convenient with COVID going on! I have transferred all prescriptions to this Walgreens at 140th and Pilot Knob road in Apple Valley. You should too.”
