After the sale I experienced a minor issue and called John. He "insisted he issue a full refund" and returned all my money back onto my credit card while we spoke. He then gave me several recommendations using competitors website's. After the sale/refund John did a follow up call to me. At that time I explained to John how I wired the florescent light fixture to a dimmer switch. John had me immediately unplug the light fixture explaining that a florescent ballast can actually catch fire if wired to a dimmer switch. So John not only spent a lot of time and several phone calls with me educating me on the facts but he also offered me a full refund and put my money back on my card as we spoke. “A big hail storm blew through our town. From a past storm, I contacted Timberline Roofing to assess the damage. Their expert staff evaluated my roof and determined that it did indeed have total hail damage, and needed replacement. I worked with Colin and my insurance company at the start, but after that Timberline Roofing took full ownership of the project. When it came time to do the install, the crew did an awesome job of installing tarps to protect my landscape. They had the old roof off and the new roof installed within a day. After the work was completed, they cleaned up so well. Not a scrap piece of shingle or nail could be found. I was amazed they were able to complete the job as soon as, or as quickly as they did. The new roof looks AWESOME. I would definitely hire Timberline Roofing again, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, quality roofing contractor.”

“We stayed here at the end of March for a spring break getaway. The outside of the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Olin, welcomed us and was extremely friendly and helped us check in. The hotel had hand sanitizers in numerous locations. The pool area was very large and clean. They did not have a clock or restroom in the pool area you did have to go down the hall. They had a basketball hoop outside as well as a large fire pit and chairs. The continental breakfast was excellent. The lady was extremely friendly and made you feel at home. They had hot foods as well as those to just grab and go. The inside of the hotel was very clean well-maintained cozy they had fireplaces in the main area. We had a one bedroom studio which was very nice and clean. Location wise it was perfect! Restaurants, shopping etc all close by. We definitely plan to go back!”

“Great place all around for all your tile needs. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and never pushy. They have a great selection of tile, and a decent amount of options that are in-stock. My wife and I really appreciate how much space there is inside their show room allowing you to stand back and look at selections from afar as well as up close. There are also several large work tables where you can layout all the different options you're considering, to compare things side by side, without need 10 arms to hold it all. For those shopping with kiddos, they also have a great little play area stocked with plenty of items (potato heads, trucks, books, etc.) to keep the littles busy while you go through all your tile options for your upcoming project. Finally, pricing seems competitive with other options around town, but we love the service and experience at Ceramic Tileworks, which has been why we've sourced our tile there for our last two projects (major bathroom remodel, and kitchen backsplash).”
