Reading some of the reviews and having spoken with them over the phone a couple of times, I understand why people complain about these guys being terse / brief / rude but I am not letting that interfere with my searches. They either have what you are looking for or do not (or someone walked in and bought what I had ordered before they could process my order). No big deal (you snooze you lose and need to research elsewhere before shopping here). When you take into consideration all the ammo/supply shortages and craziness over these last years, hey, these guys are busy and just don't have the time. I can accept that for now and have my own expectations set before ordering.”

“I’ve been renting units at this location for many years. I was living in Shakopee and now I’m in Hopkins and still use this location. I haven’t experienced one issue that they haven’t gone out of their way to solve. The units always stay dry even after big storms the water does not get under the door (I’ve moved my stuff during them I would know). Very comforting knowing I can leave my family heirlooms and photos in their care. Great rate for the spaces they’ve provided me. I would recommend this place to anybody. Alice is very hospitable and she goes above and beyond for customers. Great service.”

They helped me find the correct size for my son's needs, explained how it all operated, helped me pick the font for his name patch... It was a wonderful experience. But it didn't end there! A terrible thing happened to my son's bag before we used it for the first time and when I reached out for help on how I could fix the mess that was 100% our fault they were so nice, and friendly and caring and told us to go to the store and they replaced his bag. Again, this was not a quality issue or defect, it was an accident which was 100% our fault and they replaced our bag (our cat hid inside a room we keep locked and thought the bag was a litter box). They were so kind when I reached out and when I went to the store! I already recommended Dream Duffel based on my first experience at store. Their customer service blew me out of the water once more!”
