He was also able to help shorten my total project time by making sure i had the perfect type of finish, and that the paint i picked ( Emerald ) would allow for a primer less application and complete coverage of the previous owners vibrant red entrance colors. He was super informative, walked me right to the section for chalkboard paint while me mixed my custom color, and even offered to shake it up for me while i continued shopping. polite, helpful, and knowledgeable employees like Shane are what sets a company apart from their competitors. That man deserves a raise!”

They sent the frame out and had it glued and refinished. Mary Jo found some great fabric and re-padded it wonderfully. Then to restore to true Victorian flavor he re-nailed over 300 button nails in the cleanest lines and the chair looks great again.”

“It was a rough start with their service but we got it taken care of and now have a good relationship. They have been fast on delivery, they brought out a portable oxygen tank and I wasn't happy with it, the driver recommended another system I called customer service and they brought it and switched systems with in hours and it was a Saturday. Unfortunately I have to call them Monday because the system they brought out I cant carry with my chronic back pain. But I'm sure they will get it taken care of right away.”
