“First off, I feel so at home here. I have lived here for nearly 2 years and plan on renewing my lease for a 3rd time. Old management was so terrible, I was looking for a new place before my lease was even half way up. THEN! New owners and management came swooping in and I renewed with them in a heartbeat. Positives: My neighbors are nothing but respectful. This community is full of families and individuals straight out of college life that are over the party scene. It is peaceful, safe, and in walking distance to what I need. Management is kind, honest, and willing to listen/work with you and your needs. I have a 2-bedroom and personally love everything about it! With everything becoming so expensive, I find the safety and convenience of this place to be worth every penny. Per other reviews, there are little things that are bothersome: 1. Once in a while, the garage door gets stuck open from excessive use, which leaves access to our building to the public. 2. The amenities are usually out of service to either fix, replace, or update. I have only used the pool a handful of times. 3. The elevators buzz at you when you step in. 4. Packages get stolen from the convenient full-access to all boxes to every resident. 5. Washers and dryers are a hit or miss BUT! Coming from a similar line of work, I see that management is working their tails off to fix what the old owners never did. There are plans in place to replace the smelly hallway carpets, the buzzing elevators, the broken washer/dryers, the package thievery, outdated appliances, and more! Everything that I had issues with are being fixed in a timely manner and communicated effectively! I know maintenance is short staffed, but so is the entire world right now. Plus, they are working with old buildings that are being slowly updated. Nothing changes overnight, so give them a little grace. Give this place a chance and you won't be disappointed.”

Sales Rep Manager Brad Swanson worked with my insurance to get them to pay the $16,000 they refused to pay after agreeing to initially pay it. He went above and beyond in the amount of time he spent getting the insurance to pay. I could not be more pleased with the work that was done for me. 5 stars.”

“For starters, I just want to say, hire this contractor to do your new siding or roof renovations because you will not be disappointed. Like many other folks in Oakdale, we had pretty significant hail damage to our roof and siding as the result of a bad storm in May 2022. We had no experience filing a claim on our homeowners insurance, and we hired a contractor that turned out to be a disaster. Luckily, we were able to get out of our dealings with them unscathed. Our insurance agent recommended Mike Swafford with A Team Construction, and after dealing with the previous contractor, Mike was like a breath of fresh air! It was evident after our first meeting that Mike had integrity, and we felt we could trust him, and that feeling bared out. He explained the whole process with reimbursement on an insurance claim and how that worked, so we felt at ease immediately. He had a great selection of brands and colors to choose from for both roof and siding. He made some awesome suggestions about color choices and schemes that were very helpful. The other thing about Mike is that he got back to me with every email, text, and phone call within a day. He is accountable and true to his word without exception. All of the jobs were done on time. The new roof and skylights were completed in one day in October, and we couldn't be happier. Everything was neat as a pin when they finished. The siding job with new gutters and trim was just completed in mid-May. We are BLOWN AWAY by how great the house looks. And, the crew finished it in three days! The crew was great, they did an AWESOME job and we could not be happier. You will not be disappointed if you hire A Team Construction to do your home siding and roof renovations.
