“Great discounts, manager is super kind. Unfortunately the associate working as a cashier the morning of 06-10 (woman) had a really bad humor, I had to ask her some stuff twice and her expressions were just horrible. Does she ever smile to a customer? I’m very kind to associates all the time so it wasn’t me. I talked about it with my mom after we left the store and she agreed with me 100%. We also had our hands busy and we were trying to find the right size of t-shirts but we were messing up a little bit the pile, she came to us quickly as she saw struggling and she said “This is how you do it “ but taking in consideration her previous attitude I don’t think she was being helpful, she seemed more annoyed. 06/11 staff was walking around too much, I guess instead of having them over watching customers just have people watching the cameras if you guys are worried about shoplifting ? Cashier working on 06-11 was super kind too ( man ) .”

The employees were helpful and made the process easy. After the oil change they explained additional maintenance recommendations and options, but there was no pressure to get those additional things taken care of which I appreciated. The entire oil change and appointment took about 45 minutes, which was great!”

“Great vet in West Bloomington area. Especially if you have parrots, I have heard. I no longer keep parrots, but they take great care of my elderly dog. Would be a 5 start, but it seems like they need a better software system to help vets and staff minimize sorting through numerous notes. I felt like I was often repeating/reminding my dogs meds and dosages to the staff. I think it's a catch-22 because the clinic is obviously diligent about all staff logging notes, which is fabulous! But, I think it makes it tough on the vets because the notes pertaining to their function are buried amongst misc notes. That's just a guess on my part, but all in all, they are a fabulous clinic.”

“VL Builders are awesome! I had a major issue with my patio door. Between water damage and carpenter ants, the entire door frame and interior wall was horribly damaged. Carol and Dennis came by to give me an estimate. They fully explained what work needed to done and gave me a very reasonable price. I am so happy! I had been dreading this project, and they made the whole process easy. I am extremely grateful that they were able to help me on this "small" but extensive project when so many companies just aren't bothering. I fully recommend the lVL builders. They are awesome! My wall looks perfect, the exterior looks great and my door works smoothly. I love it!”
