“A customer of mine had a RAID 5 failure and I needed a drive quick. Went to many different websites to look for the drive. Most didn't answer the phone and no one could get it to me next day. Mind you this was at 4:00PM. I and was lucky to find Xcel Data Solutions. I was able to start a chat with someone immediately. They had the drive in stock. They stayed in the chat while I ordered online and made sure they got the order. They assured me it would ship. It did and I got the product the next day.
