“I’ve been to the old location and it was great. Recently tried to go to their new location but the doors were locked when we arrived. There were a bunch on signs on the door regarding shopping rules and limits for people in the store etc. I did not see a sign on the door about having doors locked during business hours. Of course someone came to open the door after we decided to leave. I’ll try again at some point.”

“We have been with Nick's agency and American Family for 9 years now and would highly recommend this Agency. When I was out of town traveling on business we had some roof damage due to a storm. I called Nick at 7 PM that night and he came out with a roofer at 8 AM the next morning to get a temporary repair on the roof. When I returned home later in the week he had the claim files. Weeks later when the adjuster came with the roofer Nick was also present to be informed about the estimate. Nick did not have to be there but he was and that is the kind of agent he is. He wants to know and see for himself when he can the issues.. Everything went very well for the roof replacement claim. Late last year we reviewed our homeowners policy and Nick went through the entire policy updating it as needed. You hear on the radio about these insurance companies that can save you all this money on bundling your insurance. I went to several of them for a comparison quote and they were a minimum of $500 higher than American Family for exactly the same coverages. The staff in Nick's office is also outstanding and I feel a representative of him. They are always there to assist no matter if it is a question or processing a claim. Service is important and they are down to earth folks that are there to assist you.”
