“I spoke with my client a few days ago to clarify our plans for recycling pickup and he told me that the guys had to put sunglasses on in the shop because it was so much brighter than before. I stopped by yesterday on my way home from an appointment to see for myself. The light improvement is outstanding and the guys are very, very pleased at how much better things are. They were so proud to turn all of the lights on for me to see how great it was. Mike who offices up on the 2nd floor even cleaned his windows to take advantage of the improved lighting. (This is a very dirty environment because all of their grave digging and lawn care equipment is stored and serviced in this building.) The next comment I expect to hear is, “I can’t believe we waited this long to get this done.” The guys also commented on how good the installation crew was. Overall a stellar job with stellar results and a very happy customer. I so appreciate the collaborative attitude ESI offers me as you guys always help me come up with a 'best solution' for my client's unique lighting challenges. This one in particular was challenging because of the high dirt levels and you helped me knock it out of the park once again.”

“Highly recommend this class, specifically the dual online/in-class option. Yes, the online class is tedious and took me about 2-3 hours to complete in total, but you aren't rushed. You just need to complete by the beginning of the in-class training. The online portion is normally sent a few days before the in-class date, which gives you time to finish. The in-class is where I had the best experience. Previously I had BLS/CPR renewal training through my workplace. Classes were long and by the time you were actually working on the CPR dummies, you were already drained trying to retain as much information as possible to pass the written test portion. Now that I've relocated jobs, I now have to seek my training on my own. This class is interactive and has everyone perform CPR on the dummies all together at once. I actually felt that I learned and gain more confidence in my CPR skills in this single class vs. the previous classes all together. I didn't feel pressure to pass a "test", I just felt like I was learning.”

“Ann and I worked at the same company for many years and she was aware of my many ups and downs and also aware of the challenges I had because of prior surgery on both knees. In the past, whenever I hired a trainer from the gym I belong to, they would simply apply a cookie cutter approach to me with no regard to my age or physical constraints. I would ALWAYS end up injured and mentally defeated. But Ann designed a program customized just for me that took my limitations into consideration. She started me out with exercises that strengthened the muscles surrounding my knees so that I could do the more difficult moves later on without compromising the joints. She always provides modification alternatives and encourages feedback. Ann has gotten me out of my cardio-only rut and helped me to appreciate the weight training aspects of a balanced fitness regimen. I may never truly love weight training, but I realize now that it is KEY, especially for women my age. My goal for this year is to maintain the exercise while focusing on making my eating more consistent and "cleaner". It's also exciting that I can actually see a future where dual total knee replacements don't necessarily have to be a part of my future. If you are serious about improving your fitness, you owe it to yourself to contact Ann and have her design a program that is customized for you. You won't be sorry!”

“I recently had a bracket break on my kitchen drawers that is no longer produced and was lucky enough to find a 3d printer file for the part. I found online that many Dakota County libraries (including Wescott) offer 3d printing and made an appointment to try it out. The staff at Wescott were really helpful and patient when I arrived and didn't really know what I was doing. I learned that I should have booked a tutorial session in addition to reserving the 3d printer, but the staff was nice enough to help me out since the library wasn't that busy. It was a lot of fun to learn how to use the printer and the staff helped walk me through all of the steps in the process. The bracket printed successfully (it took about an hour and a half to print all 430 layers) and my drawer is fixed! I want to try to design some other (more fun) items and use the printer again in the future.”

“I started getting my bike ready for the season and needed some repairs and tune-up. I also had him throw a baby rider on for me. Although the hours say different, I sent an email and Alex got back to me within an hour! And another hour and a half later my bike was fixed and the seat installed. My tune-up took a little longer because of the baby rider install. otherwise it would have been done in 30ish minutes. Alex was very knowledgeable and got my bike back on the road with no problems! Communicated the status regularly, made sure all my questions were answered, and educated me on some of the features i was in aware of!! I highly recommend this bike shop, and Alex!”

“I absolutely love Eagan Montessori North! My boys started in the toddler room then advanced to the Preschool/ Pre K room. Ms. Pang, Ms. Mandy and Ms. Molly work so well with my boys and their different personalities. They always make it a point to update me on their day, what went well, what they struggled with and my boys love them! Often times at pick up the boys will run to hug their teachers before we leave and as a mom that's so comforting to see! Also- Janet in the office is amazing!
