My pup was being very odd so I brought her in, we are visiting from Texas & this vet was able to squeeze us in because other vets were booked but they still managed to work around us. They made me feel so welcomed, friendly staff & Dr, I wish I could bring them to Texas with me. When I picked up my baby she was acting normal, they really care for all the clients & patients. My heart is so grateful & a plus is that they have candles which smell AMAZING!! Of course I purchased one 🥰”

Yeah sometimes they don’t take things that are in excellent condition and in style but that’s just because of overstock. It helps to call before you go in & see what items they are wanting to buy & what items they will probably turn away because of their already full inventory. I’ve even taken the same basket of clothes back in that they previously turned away due to overstock and they ended up taking them because now they were in season/needed inventory. Call ahead if you’re making a special trip out there to see what they are looking for!”

Tonya is extremely knowledgeable and showed concern for my whole, overall well being...not just my foot! She worked with me for several months and not only did she work with exercises and strengthening for my foot but also breathing and other strengthening things that were good for my whole body, in relationship to my foot and how I walked. Something a customer remembers and appreciates. If Katla is not the store manager, she needs to be!!!!! She gets it, she knows customer service. I recall a visit I had and and I offered that the person standing outside the counter go first. That person balked at me, as a customer, discounting me and said "like I'm a customer". Not sure who that person was but I was taken a back......I don't know what to say about that but it was amazingly rude as I was looking to replace my vape. I'm there weekly and spend my money because of Kayla. She's exactly who I look forward to meeting for my experience in the store.......”

“My Mother was in the rehab facility for about two weeks, she was 95 years old and unable to recover from her health problems. She and I spent the last days of her life in this wonderful place. The staff couldn't have been more caring, gentle, and loving for my mom. In the days before her death. The amazing nurses, aids and rehab would sit with her when they could when I was not able to be there. Unfortunately I was not there when she died, but the staff that was available made a point to be there when she took her last breath. I cannot say enough about these lovely, beautiful people that cared for my Mother. I sure hope that the management understands the great staff they have.”
