“I’m mildly shocked by all the bad reviews… I’m new to this clinic. I found my hand PT Sophia to be the expert I needed. There is a fine balance between kindness, knowledge and efficiency that makes Professionalism, and she has it. In one appt I had exercises on PTX and custom-made splints. One problem went beyond her role as PT. She referred me to Dr. Yeo for further assessment. I got an appt the next morning with Dr. Yeo and my first cortizone shot, which was unexpected. He was also excellent- energetic, personable, observant, efficient, authentic. I felt comfortable and heard, which I can’t say for a lot of doctors. And he met my curiosity by pointing out structures through the seeming static of an ultrasound image. Love it. The front desk women and Allison were professional and warm and I didn’t have a problem scheduling a follow up appointment and an MRI. In fact, Radiology called ME to schedule. My busy mind really appreciates the proactive initiative and interdepartmental communication flow. For the first time after many years of pain, I feel I’m getting the appropriate treatment for my damaged, painful hand. I am hopeful instead of resolute. I know the future process steps of care which reduces anxiety. My only complaint was the pain of the cortizone shot, but hey, what can you do? 🤷 My experience at this clinic has been outstanding. I’ve worked in healthcare and I have seen patients treated awfully and without empathy. When things go well, human nature dictates that it goes unnoticed because it unconsciously meets our expectations for care. In other words, when everything goes the way we think it should, we don’t even notice. That’s when you know your care is really good!! Smooth! Uneventful! I’m counting my blessings. Thank you all”

“Didn’t think I would be able to trust anyone other than the dealer making a fob key for me. Since the dealer cost an arm & leg I decided to give these guys a go. I was a little skeptical upon my arrival. Once they greeted me and asked what I needed I felt more at ease. Great bunch of guys just trying to make an honest living. They were professional & efficient. Took about 15 minutes & I had a brand new key. I would definitely recommend them if you need an extra key for your car.”

“This place was amazing, and the owner is such a great host, she truly thinks of everything. A friend and I stayed at a hosted retreat, it was inviting, relaxing, quiet, spacious and a perfect get away! We even spent an extra night (Sunday) for a very reasonable amount. “I've always heard that realtors in general have the best customer service and let me tell you, that saying is accurate here! I cannot express how amazing it was to work with Emily and Andrew. We were first time homebuyers with very limited knowledge or experience and they made sure to connect us with people that explained things to us. We primarily worked with Emily and it really felt like she built us a team of people who supported us through the whole process. When things got hard, (we had a unique complication during the post- inspection phase) Emily was so kind and never made us feel bad for asking questions or seeking reassurance that things were progressing. “1st time eating here and trying Cambodian food and it was a great experience! Ordered the Siem Reap Sour Soup, Pak Lou, & Lot Chha Hollywood Noodles. Pak Lou and the sambal type sauce that came with it was a winner!!! Haven't seen pig ear on the menu in MN and was missing the flavor and texture. Thiis dish really satisfied my craving. Siem Reap Sour Soup reminded me of a slightly sweeter Sinigang. Lot Chha noodles were tasty with lots of vegetables, shrimp, and squid! Many restaurants out here skimp on the shrimp or have very tiny, kinda fishy shrimps, but these were nice, bouncy, and fresh! Would definitely come back again to try other dishes. The lady taking orders and serving our food was also very friendly. She was kind enough to explain to us what was in the sambal type sauce that came with the Pak Lou because we loved it so much. Even got extra to take home with our leftovers!”

“I brought my cat in after he had been vomiting and acting distant and reclusive. I was going to wait until I could get him into his primary vet, however I was bit concerned and called Monticello Pet Hospital to see if they could see him sooner. I was thankfully able to get in same day for an urgent care visit. He had started a new medication a few days prior so I assumed he was just having some bad side effects and maybe needed fluids to help with his dehydration. His presentation was misleading because little did I know, he actually had a urinary blockage (I had no idea this could even occur in cats) which is fatal if left untreated. Dr. Johnson was the provider that did the initial exam and ultimately came to this conclusion. She explained everything in a way I could understand (even when my emotions were running high). She went over options and her and the wonderful vet tech gave me time to consider how I would like to proceed. They were in contact with other ER vets to find me the most affordable transfer care (this practice is not an overnight clinic and my cat required overnight supervision and fluids). They kept me updated along the way and even called to check up on my cat after he had been discharged. Everyone at this clinic was beyond kind, compassionate, thoughtful, understanding, and showed genuine care both towards me and my cat.
