They are upfront before you bring the vehicle in, they will let you know if they do the work or not. I have been taking all my vehicles there since I moved to the area and when I loved to Central Wisconsin. I will always even have my car towed there or drive it to them for Oil Changes or any other auto work. They all have been amazing even when I had a small issue with one of the older gentlemen the rest of the crew took care of the issue for me. Though since I been there the one old man hasn't been there but the other front desk guys and owner are still gonna earn my business even if I buy a new car I would still take my car to them even if the car had a warranty at a dealership bc these guys are honest, truthful, & very easy to work with.
