The one thing John said that I will never forget was when I asked him about payment terms, he said 50% down but what stood out was what he said about the final payment: “Final payment once you are completely happy” Never heard that before. The install team matched the experience we had thus far. They did exactly what we asked for and were extremely courteous and polite but I will never forget seeing them make sure all of the details were perfect at the end of the install which was around 6pm. We don’t live on the nicest lake or have the nicest house in Minnesota but their entire team made us feel like we did.”
