Tom is such a straight shooter, so upfront and honest, it's refreshing. He's also very pragmatic, for example when we discovered that the bulbs I bought for the light fixture were too bright, he simply offered to install a dimmer switch. That is one small example of how he smoothly deals with hiccups along the way, it's so seamless and effortless with him. When the time comes to redo the upstairs bathroom, I know who I'm calling! Tom - we're going to miss you around the house, thank you for taking such good care of us. It was a joy having you around and hearing you whistle while you work :)”

“My brother lived at Harrison Bay until he passed. It was a lovely place, he had a beautiful spacious apartment with a nice view, and the staff seemed to be exceptionally nice and caring. They were very helpful after my brother passed as well. My brother always thought the food was outstanding. The thing I didn't care for about this facility was the lack of available free transportation for medical emergencies or appointments.”

They leave you to your shopping (not pushy at all) but because they make the seasonings there, they are extremely knowledgeable about the product and can answer most any question you throw at them. I love their "Gone Fishin" seasoning for crappies & walleye and the "Kenai River Rub" for Salmon. "Camp Style Wild Game" is always good and "Spuds" can't be beat for any potatoes you're making. I always pick up a new flavor whenever I go in and haven't been disappointed.”
