I had an easy time making and changing my appointment as needed. Andy, my customer service person, was exceptional and helpful. Mustafa helped me close out my appointment and he was terrific too. The car was fixed and ready on time. It was clean and the work was done. My only wish is that the rates were lower as the bill was expensive for the considerable work required. Senior citizen discount perhaps?

10/10 recommend Biener Audi to anyone looking to lease, buy, etc.! Every member of every department is extremely professional! I’ve had my lease for over a month and my Audi Specialist Pierre is still always available to help with any questions/concerns I have. Pierre provides A1 service, and above all else he is honest and transparent (something not every dealership provides). As someone who works in sales myself, I can say I truly appreciate a rep that is transparent, honest, and overall calls it how it is. They also do not try to push/force upsells on you, which I personally appreciate. This is what makes a successful sale, and shines through this entire dealership.

In the past, I had a terrible experience buying an SQ5 from Audi Lynbrook and was shocked at the lack of professionalism and overall horrible level of customer service Audi Lynrbook’s GM provides. Complete opposite experience at Biener Audi Great Neck. They treated us like close family friends, even recommended a great restaurant for my girlfriend and myself to visit after our trip to the dealership. This is my 5th Audi and I will continue to lease with/send business from friends and family to Biener Audi Great Neck! 10/10 for my overall experience with them!

My wife and I went to see the Q3 and Q5, our sale rep was Sara who did any amazing job explaining the difference between each model and went over in detail of the entire process. Sara was very knowledge of the new redesign of the Q3 and we were able to get us a test drive with the Q3. We end up choosing our test drive Q3. Sara made the entire audi experience amazing. If it wasn't for Sara's detail explanation, understanding of what type of car we were looking for, we wouldn't had chosen car. She made the entire process seamless.

In terms of financing, the person who assisted us was Mohammed, he mention multiples times, the cost of the vehicle, the amount owed, and went over line by line of how much it will cost per month. I read other reviews that people made of him but I felt Mohammed was great in his job. He was suppose to be off the next day and we were picking up our car the following day, he check the loan and was able to ensure we would be able to pick up our car without any delay. He mention the estimate and final amount might be off by couple cents and he was right. I even got 5 dollars back in a form of a check in the mail 3 weeks later as the DMV fee was reduce.
