Bill is a wealth of knowledge! He was so timely with communication and responsive to all my questions. He went over and above in everything that he has helped me with involving the purchase of property and searching for a home. My Husband and I contacted Mr. Bill Anton, with Anton Realty and Appraisals, Inc the end of April 2020 to help us find our first home. We had no idea what we were doing but with our first baby due in October we needed to find a home quickly. Everyone we talked to made the comment that if we could survive buying a house together we would make it. Well tonight, July 7th, 2020, I am sitting in my new house trying to figure out why they say that. The only thing I can come up with is that they did not use Anton Realty and Appraisals, Inc. Buying our first home was the easiest thing I have ever done thanks to Mr. Bill Anton. I felt like I was house hunting with my dad and he was taking care of all the hard stuff so I did not have to worry. I could have fun finding a home. All we had to do was tell him what we liked, what we did not like, and how much we were looking to spend. He even gave us advice about our home loan and gave us recommendations. He treated us like family and he truly had our best interest at heart. He was open and honest about everything. He was not there for us because he was getting paid; he was there for us because he wanted to see us find a home. Our happiness and satisfaction meant as much to him as it did to us. We learned so much in the process. Even though he was doing all the hard work he kept us in the loop and taught us so much. There were no surprises at any point. He was also very flexible when it came to scheduling showings. He works to meet the needs of his customers. I can honestly say that I will never consider using anyone other than him or his team at Anton Realty and Appraisals, Inc for my future needs. It is even a little bittersweet now that we are in our new home because we enjoyed working with Mr. Bill so much!
