Had a good initial sales experience (Dusty) but just had another great experience with a service technician (Tripp) who came out for on the farm service on one of the tractors.
This was my first time to have my JD lawn tractor fixed and I was very happy with the price and service. The customer service supervisor was very nice. My brother and I both had our mowers fixed both equally happy with everything.
Excellent and very experienced salesman, Joey Reeder! I had many questions and Joey was quick to answer with the information I needed. Although I explained to him I would not be purchasing that year, he stuck with my wife and I as if we were buying the entire place out that day. That’s what I consider a top notch salesman. He knows that that rainy day will come. And I know who I likely will be dealing with. His job is finished. My job is to pay and pick up my new mower. Excellent Job Joey and thanks so much!
