Kind and helpful staff, if they don't have what you need they will order it or see if another store has it in stock. I go to this one and the one in Hernando. Awesome helpful and friendly people at both places.

Very knowledgeable, friendly staff and a pretty good selection of vape products. Their range of brands for vape mods wasn't great but they had lots and lots of different disposable types and they like for you to try them on the spot to make sure they work. I was most impressed by some truly awesome glass they had at some very reasonable prices in my opinion.

After bad customer service experience at another store closer to home, I drove the extra couple of miles to the receive the kind, courteous, helpful customer service that I expect when purchasing from any place of business.Thanks to Dru for making my 1st shopping experience a good one!

I just can't thank the manager Roy enough for helping me out today! When I couldn't get the manufacturer to help me with a malfunctioned vape he made sure to take care of me! Definitely will be a returning customer and will be recommending them to all my friends! Not only that they have a great selection and great deals! And thanks for letting me know about the charging! Great customer service, and great selection of vapors and accessories. But their prices are way higher on the juices than my usual place (Vapor Zone). $6 higher, But their prices on drip tips kit are cheaper than anywhere I've been.
