This place has been amazing to my mother in law. The physical therapists are so wonderful. They treat her as if they are her own family. She needed some tough love and they have done an excellent job giving her just what was needed. We have had multiple issues with the hospital but the nursing home has always had our back. The staff is friendly and helpful. The patients seems to be well cared for. It is clearly explained when you admit someone that things can get lost and they are not a 24 hour monitoring service. My mother in law has taken a few falls there but she has been told repeatedly NOT to get up without help and she continues to do it. Short of them restraining her to the bed, this is to be expected. They offer lots of activities and even paint residents nails and do their hair for them. The facility is a little rundown but the staff more than makes up for it.
