They gave me 30% sale discount that I knew nothing of, and they recommended, without just trying to sell something to me, 2 new tires that I will need quite soon. I told the salesman that it may need to wait until around Thanksgiving and he assured me that was very sufficient. Looks like I'll be there the week of Thanksgiving to buy 2 new tires!

(July 29, 2020, 3:05 pm)I have my High Country, Jeep and Yukon serviced with this Gateway store. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable in what needs to be done. I trust these people to tell me exactly what I NEED done, not what THEY want done. The service dept is always clean and I have never had a bad experience when going there. It's a pleasure doing business with these people. Gateway should to be very proud of the guys running this location.
