I had an issue with a bike that I purchased (Different Location) and had taken it to Desoto Honda in Olive Branch to have fixed. The level of service was outstanding. Will the service manager was very helpful and always keep me in the loop as to the status of my bike. He went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. I will definitely go back there to purchase and have items fixed. Keep up the good work Guys!

I have had nothing but straight, honest, & great service from them. They know there product and they back it up with great service & fair pricing. They have always gone out of there way to make sure I have been taken care of & that I have been satisfied. As I alway say "proof is in the pudding", and they back it up.

Purchased a new 2014 Can-Am Spyder RT Limited. Phil (owner/mgr) and his staff are awesome. Their prices are good--certainly in line with everyone around here, but I am far more interested in after-sales service than initial price. Will, their factory-trained serviceman for Can-Am, has been with OB for years, and is great. He has forgotten more about bikes than I'll ever know. Prior to that I had purchased a Yamaha Royal Star Venture from an individual and for 10 years OB Yamaha/Suzuki provided service for it even though I did not purchase it from them. Phil, his financial managers, sales team, and service dept. are straight-up folks. I've been dealing with them for over 12 years and their track record with me is flawless! Thanks guys!

I originally posted a less-than-favorable review of this place but I now feel compelled to update my overall review. I did have issues on my first visit that were a "pain in the a**" but I have to commend the owner of the shop for his diligence in correcting the deficiencies as best as he could. He showed a level of genuine sincerity when explaining what had happened during my previous visit and attempting to correct the issues. Those attributes are not commonly seen in a lot of people/businesses now-a-days and it is the reason I would recommend this business. He genuinely cares about providing great customer service and "goes the extra mile" to ensure that the customer is satisfied. To me, that is the most important thing.

I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime. This was without a doubt the most pleasurable buying experience I have ever had. I am 47 and purchased my first bike from Olive Branch Yamaha. Everyone was friendly, Phil explained everything in detail and he gave me a great deal. I highly recommend.
