I sent a text on New Years day and received a quick response (on their off day). I was asking about a truck on their lot that I saw on the website. Michael let us know they still had the truck. We are 6 hours away (louisiana) drove in New years day and was there at opening on January 2. Sales team was great very friendly I did not feel pressured very easy to work with. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle they will be my go to source.

Desoto Auto and the guys that worked there (Stan and Jim) were incredible to work with. We drove 1.5 hrs and they stayed late to get us all workout out. Fantastic customer service. In and out quickly. Very thorough. Will definitely do business again.

I had stopped by to look at inventory with my wife on a Saturday around 6pm. Mr. Stan Mims met me to let me know that they were closed but instead of running me out, asked me if he could help answer any questions about anything. He patiently answered and waited, without making me feel rushed, as I had inquired about a certain vehicle. I left my number and was given his card. He followed up with me on Monday and communicated with me by answering all of my questions. Very sales oriented but not a PUSHY salesman. I returned the following Saturday to test drive the vehicle and again Stan answered all questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle.
