Hollywood Feed

Hollywood Feed is my preferred choice for my dog's food, and supplies. They may not be the lowest price compared to big box stores, but they have quality products, provide great customer service, have a great return policy, and are conveniently located. But most of all, they support our community.

mixed review from me, sadly if I love it or hate it all depends who is working. Sometimes we get over the top service other times they never look at you. I had to travel from one location to the other and it was like night and day how they treated us. 1 location treatment, I probably would just start using chewy. Too bad there is so much difference in this local chain.

I love this place and all the staff! I have been in there several times not fully knowing what I need to buy, the staff is very knowledgeable and quick to assist! If I needed something different than what I had they are quickly to help find a different solution. I'd give this a 10 star rating if I could. Thank you Hollywood Feed in Olive Branch for helping me take care of my fur babies 🥰

On July 11, 2023 I ordered 5 bags of kitty litter to be delivered to my home in Olive Branch. Rachael helped me with my order. She was respectful, considerate and seemed to really care for me as a valued customer. The instructions to put the litter in separate bags and placed under my carport further back so they could not be seen from the street was spot on. Also, kudos to the delivery driver.

A few weeks ago I came back to this store and a blanket caught my eye by the cash register so I asked about the blanket. Morgan helped me search for the blanket and he even went above and beyond for this blanket. Morgan searched in the system in other stores for the blanket and found two for me. I am beyond thankful for this because he truly went out of his way to deliver excellent customer service. I cannot thank him enough for going to this extent to get me the blankets. This gesture may seem small but it was so thoughtful. I appreciate all of the time you dedicated to helping me find this product and also for ensuring that I actually received it. You are the best!
