Darby's Tire & Auto Service

We had to get brakes and tires done and after having all the work done we still heard some sporadic squealing and grinding, was very hit or miss. We called them and they got it right in and couldn’t find anything, so we drove off and heard it again the next few days on and off. So we called again, and again they got it right in. Again they didn’t find anything but did a very thorough inspection at no charge to assure us that everything was good.

For me it is not just the service performed but the “service” after the service that impressed me. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.

All I can say is wow! We were heading out of town when my tire pressure light came on. Darby’s was 15 min away from closing and they told me to come on anyways. They found the nail in my tire and patched it in less than 15 minutes. Amazing customer service and staff. They saved our trip!

Had a great experience having the tires rotated on my truck today. In and out in 20 minutes or less, very reasonable price, and they did not try to sell me anything extra. I waited briefly in their very clean and comfortable waiting area with "real" furniture! Love the Christian family atmosphere and scripture on the walls. I'll be back!
