Customer Service OK. Not too attentive, though. I had to order inside because the drive-thru was packed. The service inside was quick!

The inside and outside of the building was clean the staff got our orders quickly and made no mistakes

Drive thru was very fast and accurate. They didn't speak English in which I struggled to communicate. That's why I gave 4 instead of 5

When I was recommended to Mike's Pharmacy, it was the best medical choice and trust for my medications. The big "W" big box store treated myself and others like we were burdens. As a severe chronic pain patient, sometimes it doesen't show much on the outside but on the inside, that alone is enough to cope with without having to deal with just being a number on the assembly line. Mike's is 100 percent different in the most wonderful way. For close to five years I have never left there feeling like a number. I would recommend anyone to go to Mike's. You won't regret it. It just may be the best transfer you have ever made especially if your a true chronic pain patient with monthly visits. The respect is greatly mutual

I’ve been to so many pharmacies and to be honest I always ended up hating having to make a stop to pick up my meds. A family member told me about mikes pharmacy and ever since I’ve transferred all my meds over to them. They are very professional, kind but most of all truly care about there customers.
