    My daughter and I just came in to grab a few items. The employees were helpful when we asked questions and friendly. When we were checking out I noticed it was very quiet so I asked what time they closed. She said, “7”. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I looked at my phone and it was 7:17! I apologized but everyone was still friendly and never made us feel like we needed to hurry. I would never do that on purpose, but they need a public thank you for still being kind and helpful, even when we stayed past closing time.

    I had a great time shopping during the sale. Everyone was super friendly. My only concern was those last two registers are tight together. I was arm to arm with another customer.

    Customer Service at Bath & Body works location in Southaven Mississippi was Amazing. I got the opportunity to purchase a few items. As a Travel Agent I love being able to do Market Research for my Clients.
