When it turned out that car had a slow tire leak they changed me to another vehicle without any hassle. Since they did not have another midsize car they upgraded me for free. I will definitely use them again when I return to Southaven MS

(October 11, 2021, 11:59 am)I recently rented from this location. My agent’s name was Taylor. She was superb in every way from her appearance to her flawless customer service. She was thoughtful, prompt, thorough, very kind. She had a gorgeous smile, a “Can Do” attitude, and represented Enterprise very well.
My rental was upgraded to a Nissan Rogue. It was a great car, plenty of leg room, very comfortable, and fun.
I love going to this location and will definitely use them again.
