Great place for one on one counseling. Very relaxing atmosphere and helpful.
I highly recommend HEC. I see Jaimie for EMDR and CBT therapy biweekly. She is among the best therapists I have ever had. She is great at putting things into a new perspective and giving me extremely useful tools and coping strategies. I trust her completely and cannot sing her praises enough. The rest of the staff is very friendly and warm as well.
