Since opening several yrs back, that is my go to store..The Mgr, Heather, along with her team members, are amazing and will work with you to find the best outfit, jewelry or whatever you might need..It’s a pleasure shopping in this Chico’s and they make you feel right at home and aren’t snobby at all?..(Just had to throw that in there)..I travel quite a bit and have visited numerous Chico’s Boutiques and outlet stores and my local store is still, by far, the best?!!”

“This store is one of many in the Tanger outlets and was by far one of the ones with the best prices. The employees were friendly but not overly so like some who repeatedly ask if you need help. I was able to browse without that happening after I was asked one time. I ended up spending money here where in some of the other stores I just couldn't even tell they were outlet mall stores because the prices seemed high.”

“I like the store. But Ann Taylor have really bad online shopping process. Cause I chose the wrong (old apt) address and I cannot cancel the order (I’m trying to cancel after 1min when I place the order and I call them right away) and when I call customer service they too cannot cancel the service and all they can do and say is that once it’s shipped I need to call the carrier to tell them I am not in that address anymore and return my package to Ann Taylor. That’s really bad customer service using their online store.”
