“Dr Amanda Cunningham has been my ENT Dr since 2017 when I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Every since I have my 6 months follow up. Just recently in September of this year my thyroglobulin levels were high which indicates disease is present. Dr Amanda as I like to refer to her immediately took action. Did necessary testing, treatment, and more tests. During all of this I was frightened that the cancer may have returned. Dr Amanda, in her manner, and tone was SO COMFORTING! Assuring me she was going to take very good care of me. She kept in touch and explained everything. It made all the difference. Her nurse Crystal did a great job as well by keeping me updated. Words can’t express my gratitude to Dr Amanda Cunningham for holding my hand and hugging me(figuratively) through this health scare. Thanks to her staff also for being there for the patients during these dire days.”

NP Charity is awesome and the nurse staff are friendly, front desk can work on some public people skills and they have you waiting for over 1 hour. “The club is a nice and clean place. However, they don't enforce a mask policy. I do understand that the state has dropped the mask mandate. However, given that people congregate in gyms by virtue of the proximity of machines and equipment to each other, common sense would suggests the facility enforce a mask policy until we get past the pandemic.”

“Mr Bowers at Intensity Martial Arts- Southaven location is AWESOME! He truly cares about his students. They aren’t a number or a dollar sign. They are his kids. He works hard to train them to be Champions, and will accept nothing less from them. He pushes them to be their very best, but at the same time, he is able to read the student and know, just when to lay up, as to not push them away. He promotes self worth and confidence, always praising them for the job they do. He knows when to be serious and when to just laugh with them, as to make class an enjoyable experience for them. Before Covid , I was driving my daughter an hour to Bartlett, just to be trained by him. He’s just that great of an instructor!! Try him out, you won’t be disappointed!!!”

“I have been a member of club for fitness for at least 3 years at the Horn Lake, Ms. location. I attempted to work out on October 18, 2020 around 6:30 P.M. I was stopped by a desk worker requesting a picture, I expressed to her that today was not a good day for a picture. She became aggressive and demanded that I take a picture today or my account would be frozen unless a picture was immediately taken. I asked her to contact the manager. The manager stated that she had been over the club for two months, and that was a requirement that she established for her club. I expressed to the manager that I had a medical condition and I was not in the position to take a picture, I assured the manager that I would take a picture after my medical condition ended. The manager was relentless, she demanded that either I take a picture or my account would be frozen. My concern I expressed to the manager was since I had been a member of the club there has never been an issue for a picture to be taken. I went on to explain to the manager that pictures were not apart of the membership policy agreement that I signed. The manager did not agree with the membership policy agreement, and downplayed the club 4 fitness policy. I understand policy and procedure, however, the manager was requiring me to do something that was not in the policy agreement that I signed. This issue was taken out of context, all because I did not want a picture taken due to a medical condition on my face. If a picture was policy and in my membership agreement, today would not have been an issue because my picture would have been taken 3 years prior. I would like to speak with someone further about this issue. There should have been an accommodation for my health impairment such as a drivers license picture, instead of my account being immediately frozen. I have never had an issue with this club until today. Within this managers 2 month leadership I am sure the membership will decrease because of lack of knowledge of how to resolve conflicts, and keeping customers satisfied. In conclusion, I have no problems with following any directives on my signed membership agreement. Professional Development is definitely needed for the manger, who has only been in authority for two months. Update The regional manager contacted me and apologized to about my concern and completely fixed it. The regional manager was extremely nice and caring and immediately took ownership of the mishap of an unfortunate subordinate employee. I appreciate the phone call and the care and concern that bestowed upon me. Thank you . I am upgrading my review”
