“Have taken my mother here for two separate eye surgeries. Both times all of the staff were excellent and good natured. They all are very friendly and answer questions (even my crazy ones) with out any attitude. Waiting room and bathrooms were both clean and nice. The parking out front is good. The doctor who has conducted the cataract surgeries was very nice and supportive both times I have interacted with her. She does an excellent job after the surgery of coming out and meeting with you the driver and care taker of the patient. I left both times with a feeling of confidence in my mothers care. The doctor also answered my questions and has some of the best bed side manners to be found. After your family member is released from after care the doctor sees you and tells you to drive around back to pick up your family member. Both times they wheeled out my mother quickly and refused any help from me opening doors ect. There is not one bad thing I can say. After this most recent surgery she was amazed how she could read some of the tiniest print on a pill bottle on the way home and it was not that good with the first eye initially.”

“For the most part every experience I've had with Methodist Olive Branch has been great. The employees, in my opinion, are exceptional - especially the nurses, techs, etc. With it being a hospital, you will definitely run into issues now and again particularly when they are extremely busy. It is a smaller hospital so this is to be expected. However, I felt the staff handles it really well and as long as you're patient and understanding, your experience will be much smoother. When my daughter recently had to spend a full day and a night in the ER, and everyone was sooo caring, helpful, positive, and very professional. I had recently had surgery on my foot so walking around was still difficult. My daughter's care team was amazing during this stressful time. They were very attentive to my child and provided excellent care. Also, one of the employees even swapped out the super uncomfortable chair for a reclining chair so that I was able to prop my foot up. My one issue was that the drink machines were all sold out.”
