They showed me different things they could do for me with different price ranges, and actually spent a lot of time trying to make sure it was what I wanted, and even educated me on a lot of the things I was buying. The staff and Jim worked on it and gave me information the whole process about where they were on building it and parts coming in. I had a great experience and love the final product. I will be going back and recommending to anyone that has computer problems, or just wants to start over with a whole new build. Very friendly and professional and cares about the customer.”

“I like the store. But Ann Taylor have really bad online shopping process. Cause I chose the wrong (old apt) address and I cannot cancel the order (I’m trying to cancel after 1min when I place the order and I call them right away) and when I call customer service they too cannot cancel the service and all they can do and say is that once it’s shipped I need to call the carrier to tell them I am not in that address anymore and return my package to Ann Taylor. That’s really bad customer service using their online store.”

They took care of the paperwork to have what could be covered by warranty paid for at no cost to me. Chris was our tech.
