Rumbling roar when my Suzuki truck needed to stop.....conclusion;Truck in dire need of rear brakes, and interior dome light problem.
My hat is off to Richard for giving me the correct advice on what the problem was. Very impressed with the NEW employee mechanic Hector Talavera, who explained how he fixed the dome light, and the need for new pads and rotors. Quality people for a quality shop.

I took it to Williams Tire, where the staff were courteous and professional, and all of the work was done to my car in one day for a reasonable price. I will definitely use this service again!

We limped to Williams Tire and Auto Service, received prompt, expert service, and were back on the road in less than half an hour. They didn’t take advantage of our situation to overcharge us, but instead showed extraordinary customer service. We are so appreciative of their help and highly recommend this business to all.
