We were told 45 minutes even though nobody was there. I was a pharmacy tech in college. I know they were busy, but I have a sick kid and I'm the only one standing here begging for you to give me the medication my kid needs quickly. I told them to forget it and went to Louie's. Even as a brand new customer, they realized my child was in bad shape and got us in and out in under 10 minutes. I appreciated their personal touch and will not go anywhere else moving forward.”

Said part wouldn't be available until after lunch and gave me an estimated finish time. An hour before estimate, they called to say they were finished. I love it when a company under promises and over performs! Staff was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be back for tires.”
