Raytown, Missouri, USAHello my name is Tammy, a summary of my computer background is I received my bachelor's degree in computer information systems from DeVry in 2003, and I am also A certified in common knowledge of computers and their systems. I have worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield as a Personal Computer Technician and at H&R Block as a Digital Technical Support Representative. On a more personal experience I have tinkered with and fixed my own computer systems and for all my family and friends since 2000.
I have knowledge and experience in repair and updating of all software and internal hardware (Includes but not limited to: hardware installs such as: custom complete computer built from scratch, hard drive replacement, video/graphics or sound card replacement, power supply replacement, motherboard replacement, Installation of RAM, processor replacement, wired or wireless network setup, CD or DVD rom and burner installation, printer setup)
Software examples again includes but not limited to, install or update drivers, fix most registry errors, all software installs and upgrades such as Windows 7, Vista, Windows 8, Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Antivirus software etc., virus, spyware, and malware removal, computer backups and reimaging if slow of running strangely I can go into the operating system settings and other functions and get it running properly again.
This is a short list of upgrades, installations and problems I am capable of fixing please feel free to call me with anything not on my list. I offer 5 dollar diagnosis and any repairs or installations would be roughly half the price of a repair shop. I feel honesty should be a major component of a person's business ethic. I can come to you or you can come to me either way is fine.
