  Jeremy at Turner automotive was seriously a life saver .I was traveling back to Omaha, Ne from St Joseph, Mo when I started experiencing issues with my front breaks. Even tho it was after hours Jeremy was more than willing to take a look at my vehicle and get the issue resolved in no time. Getting me back on the road and heading home very quickly!! I would highly recommend Jeremy and Turner Automotive they are amazing!!!!

  Found a forever shop, never really trusted any shops until today. Went in thinking my bill was gonna be huge turns out the problem wasn’t what I was told and he helped me after business ours for free. Highly recommend

  I showed up on the fly without an appointment, @ 8:15am on Friday, hoping they would be able to give me a Safety Inspection, as I needed to get my car tagged before the end of the month. I had made an appointment at another shop, but showed up to the wrong shop... LOL (Mom Brain)Not only were Brad & Jeremy super nice they worked me into their schedule, no questions asked. I mentioned my love for cars when I spotted & asked about a '54 Chevy Truck (one of my faves) through the shop door. I mentioned that my Uncle used to have a shop before he passed, & that I had worked in a shop when I was in my 20's. They had some pretty cool Classics in the shop that they were working on & they invited me to check them out. So nice & not necessary but it was awesome! They did my inspection, squeezed in an oil change, changed my air filter (which was almost unrecognizable), filled my windshield washer fluid & brought a couple issues to my attention. My car couldn't pass inspection because it had the 3rd brake light out. Which is usually an easy fix however, my car has no access panel to get to the bulb and the whole back dash needed to be taken out just to switch the bulb. (Gotta love ridiculous car designs) I grew up in shops & have been around vehicle repairs my whole life. They were very gracious & didn't mind letting me double check for myself. I of course wasn't trying to be rude, but I am a woman, & having never worked with these two, I wanted to make sure I wasn't getting bamboozled. He of course didn't mind at all & was right. He gave me an estimate due to the labor it was calling for. I told him no problem, if you have time please go ahead. I did need it to pass for the tags. He got to work as I sat in the waiting room watching Netflix on their flat screen. (He also offered me the remote so I could watch whatever I wanted, I refused because I love the show that was on) He finished in less than half the time he had predicted. We got the bill all squared away, it was much less than the estimate. I was pleased of course. I asked him about a couple other things I'd like to have done, he gave me a very fair estimate & told me to give him a holler when I was ready to do them. The customer service these guys provide is far beyond any other shop here in town. I literally live on the complete opposite side of town. I do not care! I have found my new go to shop. I will tell everyone I know about my experience with Turner Automotive, & reccomend them everyone who mentions needing services for their vehicle. They are 100% customer oriented with AMAZING customer service, so knowledgeable & honest. If I could give them 10 ⭐'s I would!!! I'm definitely their newest most loyal customer!!!

  I travel out of the way just to get this level of service and trust.

  Great price, outstanding service, extremely professional. They got back to me and kept me in loop while fixing problems, no surprises. Their knowledge and service is above anyone else I have found in St. Joseph. They take great pride in their service. Other shop experiences were terrible. Being a woman, other shops tried to take advantage, over charge me, and fix things that did not need fixing. Other shops did not want to explain why I needed things in addition to what I was bringing my vehicle in for. But that is not the case with Turner Automotive. While they may point out things that may need to be looked at for a safety issue or to prevent a more costly fix down the road; they do not pressure or push. In fact the first time I took my vehicle in for what I thought was the problem, they told me it was fine. But they did find a problem, which was a huge safety issue and would have cost triple to fix down the road. They communicate, explain and discuss solutions/possibilities. They want me and my child to be safe but do not try to empty my pocket book. I can not recommend Turner Automotive highly enough to anyone needing auto repairs.
