I have seen her at auctions for years in the St Joseph area and I know that she and her husband travel all over with a trailer and drag back unusual and unique things, not wire from Mexico or metal things from China. She searches for genuine primitives that she would have in her own home mostly. It is fun to go down in any season and see her barn and the country setting too!”

“The restaurant has a great atmosphere. It allows smoking in a certain area of the restaurant and don't allow it in other areas. The waitress are extremely nice and they are very polite. The prices are really good for the amount of food you get. The food is great, very big portions. The gas station side is also great. The shower pressure is awesome and the water is hot. Small shower room but perfect for a single person. They have laundry washer and dryer. A driver's lounge with a few tables and chairs. Extremely nice people work in both sides of the place. I love the atmosphere and the kindness we were shown in there. Very spacious parking lot for cars and big rigs. I am very great full to meet such amazing people in my love. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!!!!”
