I had the pleasure of meeting a Musser's technician as he was performing a job across the street from my residence. I asked him about the process and decided to call the office to schedule service for my carpet cleaning. I requested Joe, as he was the gentleman that I had met earlier. I was fortunate that Musser's was able to send Joe out for the job. This gentleman priced the service prior to the cleaning and also explained step by step how his equipment works to extract the dirt and stains from the carpet. “We stopped in Saturday but got there right before they closed so we saw some furniture we were interested in and decided to stop back on Sunday. The girl who I believe was the manager really went out of her way to help us and they had a lot of fantastic furniture deals and were WAY more friendly than Save On which is where we originally went the day before. I have to mention that the cashier was beyond nice. We just started chatting and she was really fun to talk to and so nice! My fiance and I spent a lot of there and bought a lot of great furniture at awesome prices. Will definitely go back again. Everyone there was so great to us even though they all stayed over after the store was closed to help me with my financing. Thanks so much ladies!!!”
