  I cannot speak for all the locations but my experience at the Harrisonville location was perfect. ETC had been recommended by my surgeon and I respected his opinion but was still very wary. To my pleasant surprise, the staff were friendly and completely professional at all times. In fact, after my initial evaluation at Harrisonville, I chose to continue my treatment at that location even though it was a 25 minute drive from my home. If the other locations are even half that good, you will have a good experience.
