I was very impressed with Kelly Spiller today. It was my first visit with her and she explained everything in detail and took such good care of me. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to care about their hearing and have true care and compassion for their patients.

I appreciated the professionalism and personal care that was extended to me. They showed me they really wanted to help me and Kelly is personality plus with a big heart. I walked out with hearing aids and havnt taken them off in 4 hours. Work great with very little adjustment necessary would be my guess. Very comfortable as well.

I was up here training from out of state (200+ miles from my audiologist) and had a hearing aid emergency. I contacted Professional Hearing Center on a Thursday night via website. Not only did they contact me the very next day, they were able to schedule me in and get my device working again. The entire staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very impressed with their dedication!!
