So I am a regular at harbor freight. Their tools have always been hit or miss depending on the use case. They seem to be really stepping up the quality on the tools of late. They still have homeowner grade tools meant for light or occasional use but now they have contractor grade tools. They seem to be holding up all right. The store is clean and neat. The staff are usually outgoing and helpful, last time they were almost lethargic. It was just after Christmas. Maybe just tired. Good job as always HF.
Hardy work gloves hold up under extreme conditions of commercial irrigation and landscaping. Constant abrasion from mud, dirt, and rocks. Exposure to solvents and glue. I am very satisfied with Hardy work gloves!
Excellent variety of items, including tools, maintenance and household goods. Quality is reasonable for the price and perfectly good for general purpose use.
I purchased a 10 gun safe yesterday from this location as I needed it ASAP. Spencer was super helpful with bringing it from the back and loading it in the truck that I borrowed to buy it. When I got home, it was missing a piece for the top lock. I called him at the store and he helped me troubleshoot the problem, even sending me pictures to figure out what part I needed. He set it aside for me to come pick up today. When I got to the store, I explained that the part I needed actually was more complex, the whole lock needed replaced. The logistics of having to bring the safe back and get a new one home was a daunting task, as I live 30 minutes away. I would have had to borrow a truck again and had a friend come help me for a second time. Spencer was gone, but Hunter was there and he helped get the parts I needed by contacting Spencer and his manager. He let me swap out the part I needed and the safe is 100% operational as it should have been. It was a manufacturer defect but the Belton store helped me tremendously in getting it fixed. Thank you, Spencer and Hunter! Fantastic customer service!
